미리 절연 동호일으리 규격:

동호일 테이프를 싱글 및 더블 전도성 동호일로 나눌 수 있다:

싱글 전도성 동호일 테이프란 한 면이 겹쳐진 비전 도성 접착제 표면가 있고 다른 표면에서 노출하는 것이다. 그래서 이 것은 전도성이 있고 단면 전도성 동호일이라도 말한다.

더블 면 전도성 동호일란 접착제 코팅도 있는 동호일이다. 그런데 이 접착제 코팅이 도전성도 있다. 그래서 이것은 더블 면 전도성 동호일이라고 말한다. 

1) 표준: 다른 절연 코팅 재료에 대해 RoHS-2002/95/EC에 따라 내열 등급이 B,F,H

2) 배달 상태:100과 200m 동호일로 76mm 코일 코어 내경에서 둘린다. 

3) 저장 조건: 6개월 동안 20℃ 쯤 건조하고 시원한 환경 조건

Specifications of Pre-insulated Copper Foil: 

Copper foil tape can be divided into single and double conductive copper foil:

Single conductive copper foil tape refers to one side having an overlying non-conductive adhesive surface, and bare on the other side, so it can conduct electricity; so it is said that it is single-sided conductive copper foil

Double-sided conductive copper foil refers to copper foil that also has an adhesive coating, but this adhesive coating is also conductive, so it is called double-sided conductive copper foil.

1) Standard: Regard of different insulated coating material, the thermal endurance class are B, F, H in according to RoHS-2002/95/EC

2) Delivery State: With 100 and 200m copper foil round on the inner diameter of 76mm coil core

3) Storage Condition: No more than 6 months, under the dry and cool environment condition about 20℃

동호일의 성능:

한면은 동, 또 다른면은 절연 종일이 있다. 가운데에  수입 된 압력에 민감한 아크릴 접착제가 있다. 동호일은 강한 접착력 및 신도를 가지고 있다. 동호일의 탁월한전기적 특성이어서 가공과정에는 좋은 전도 효율이 있기 때문이다. 게다가 저희가   접착적인 코팅 된 니켈로 도호일의 표면의 전자기 간섭이 방패가 된다. 

Performance of Copper Foil:

One side is copper, other side has insulating paper; In the middle is an imported pressure-sensitibe acrylic adhesive. Copper foil had strong adhesion and elongation. It is mainly due to copper foil’s excellent electrical properties that during processing it can have a good conductive effect. Secondly we use adhesive coated nickel to shield electromagnetic interference on the surface of copper foil.

5) 최적인 안전때문에 구불구불한 구조위해 쉽게 들어간다.

6) 진도 감소, 더 나은 열 전도성때문에 더 믿을 수 있다. 

7) 1 차 및 2 차 권선간에 단락의 위험성을 예방한다.

7) Prevents danger of short circuit between primary and secondary windings

동호일의 특성

Characteristics of Copper Foil: 

노트:

1) 100°C이하에 상용할 수 있음

2) 신도가 5%쯤, 근데 고객의 규격에 따라 변화할 수도 있음

3) 실온에서 저장해야 하고 저장 시간은 일 년미만

4) 사용할 때 원치 않는 입자들의 들어붙는 면을 깨끗하게 시키고 반복하게 사용하기를 피함

Notes:

1) Can be used below 100°C

2) Elongation is at about 5%, but can be changed in accordance with customer specifications.

3) Should be stored in a room temperature and can be stored for less than one year.

4) When in use, keep adhesive side clean of unwanted particles, and avoid repeated use.
