클래드 플레이트의 규격:

클래드 플레이트가 폭발 용접으로 결합하고 가공하는 것입니다. 이 포발 용접을 압력 용기, 열교환기, 반응기, 각종 탱크 등 건설과 생산에서 많이 사용합니다.

부식,열이나 착용을 저항하기 위해 스테인레스 스틸(티탄,니켈&니켈 합금, 동&동 합금, 등)클래딩 재료가 좀 저렴한 탄소강에 폭발적으로 용접할 수 있습니다. 한면은 고압에 충분한 강도를 가지며 주문 측은 열 및 부식에 대한 우수한 내구성을 가지며, 무엇보다 클래드 플레이트는 수축 비용을 감소시킬 수 있습니다.

Specifications of clad plate:
The clad plate is combined and processed by the explosion welding, which is widely used in the construction and manufacturing of the pressure vessel, heat exchanger, reactor, various tanks, etc.

In order to get resistance to the corrosion, heat or wearing, the stainless steel (titanium, nickel & nickel alloy, copper & copper alloy, etc) cladding material is explosively welded to the relatively inexpensive carbon steel. One side has sufficient strength to the high pressure and the order side has excellent resistance performance to the heat and corrosion, what is more, the clad plate can decrease the constriction cost.
