우리의 수지 지붕 타일은 중국 건축 자재 시험 센터에서 12,000 시간의 가속 노화 시험을 통과했으며 그 결과는 E≤5입니다. 

2. 하중 저항

시험에 의해, 660지지 스팬 및 100 kg 적용 하중 조건에서 타일에 균열 또는 손상이 없다. 빠른 설치.

3. 절연성

합성 수지 지붕 타일의 열전도율은 0.08w / m로 점토 타일의 1/3, 시멘트 타일의 1/5, 0.5mm 두께의 강철 타일의 1/2000이며, 열 보존.

4. 좋은 내식성

수지 지봉 타일의 재료가 많이 화학 재료를 저항할 수 있습니다.

5.충격 저항 및 저온 저항

물리적 실험에 따르면, 2m 높이에서 떨어지는 1kg 스틸 볼을 타격 할 때 균열이 생기지 않으며 저온에서 볼 충격이 10 회 떨어지면 깨지지 않습니다. 화학 건축 자재 시험을위한 중국 국립 센터의 30 회 동결 해동 시험을 통해 중공도, 거품, 벗겨짐 및 딱딱 거리는 것도 없습니다.

6. 안티 프레이밍

합성수지 타일의 주요 재료는 불연성 폴리 염화 비닐 수지입니다. 이 제품은 자체 소화이며 중국 건축 자재 시험 센터 (China National Center for Chemical Building Materials)의 테스트에 따라 Class-B1에 도달하는 내화 성능을 발휘합니다.

Our resin roof tile has passed 12,000 hours accelerated aging test in China National Center for Test of Chemical Building Materials and the result is E≤5.

2. Loading Resistance

By test, in condition of 660 supporting span and 100kg applied load there is no crack or any damage in the tile. Installation Quick .

3. Insulation

The coefficient of heat conductivity of synthetic resin roof tile is 0.08w/m, 1/3 of that of clay tile, 1/5 of that of cement tile and 1/2000 of that of 0.5mm thick color steel tile, thus owning good heat preservation.

4. Excellent anti-corrosion performance

The material of roof tile is resistant to many chemical materials. 

5. Impact Resistance and Low Temperature Resistance

According to the physical experiment, the tile neither cracks when hitting by a 1kg steel ball free falling from 2m height nor breaks after 10 times of falling ball impact at a low temperature. Through 30 freeze thawing recycle testing of China National Center for Test of Chemical Building Materials, there is no hollowness, frothing, peeling and crackle.

6. Anti Flaming

The main material of  synthetic resin tile is non- combustible polyvinyl chloride resin. The product is self-extinguishing and according to the test of China National Center for Test of Chemical Building Materials, it is fireproof performance reaches Class-B1.
