Al-Mg 합금 와이어의 주 조성은 알루미늄입니다. 강도를 높이기 위해 소량의 마그네슘이 첨가됩니다.

우수한 내식성,무게가 가볍고,밀도가 낮으며,방열 공능이 좋고,내압성이 강하며 고집적화,소형화 

전자파 차폐등을 요구하는 3C재품의 요구조건을 만족시켜 줍니다.  강도는 글라스 와이어의 몇배에달하지만 그의 중량은 글라스와이어의 3분의1 밖에 되지않습니다. 지금은 AN의 케이블 또는 외부 도체의 방수 및 차폐층에 널리 사용됩니다.

3) 인장강도: 220MPa - 345MPa

7) 저장 및 운송은 GB3199에 따라 건조하고 깨끗한 창고,열원제거 37섭시도 초과.

The major composition of Al-Mg alloy wire is aluminum. A small amount of magnesium is added to enhance the strength. With excellent anti-corrosion property, light weight, low density, good heat radiation and strong resistance to pressure, it can meet requirement of 3C products, which demand for high integration, miniaturization, electromagnetic shielding, etc. Its hardness is several times bigger than glass wire, but the weight is only 1/3. Now it is widely used in waterproof and shielding layer of cable or outer conductor of AN.
